Level 1: Commitment Demonstration
To initiate the journey, Top Management must partake in a 3-hour workshop designed for CEOs/Top Management.
Level 2: Risk Management (RM) Training
Your company appoints a Risk Management (RM) Champion to undergo the Level 2 course, "Develop and Implement a Risk Management Plan."
Level 3: Risk Assessment
All workplaces governed by the Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) are mandated to conduct risk assessments for every work activity and process.
Level 4: WSHMS Implementation
To achieve bizSAFE Level 4, your company designates a Workplace Safety and Health Management System (WSHMS) Programme Lead to attend the 4-day bizSAFE Level 4 course on WSHMS.
STAR: Excellence in Safety
For bizSAFE STAR status, your company must obtain SS506 Certification issued by SAC-accredited certification bodies OR BS OHSAS 18001 or equivalent certification, accompanied by a RM Implementation Audit Report by an MOM Approved WSH Auditor.
